Ajman records highest-ever home sales as Al Zorah closes $8.4m palace deal
The Ajman luxury real estate market has reached a new milestone as Al Zorah Real Estate Development, the joint venture between the Government of Ajman and Solidere International, completed the sale of the two most expensive residential units ever recorded in the emirate.
The landmark transactions comprise an ultra-luxury waterfront palace and a beachfront penthouse within Al Zorah City, located near the anticipated Four Seasons Al Zorah Resort.
The first transaction involved the sale of a five-bedroom beachfront palace within the Sea Glints Mansions project for approximately AED30.8m ($8.39m), setting a new record for residential property values in the emirate.
The palace features a built-up area of 7,338 square feet on a 14,000 square foot plot, with high-end finishes including marble flooring, custom-designed woodwork, landscaped gardens with a private pool and jacuzzi, as well as kitchens and bathrooms fitted with international brands and advanced smart home systems.
Sea Glints Mansions comprises just seven exclusive beachfront palaces and is located directly adjacent to the anticipated Four Seasons Al Zorah Resort.

Al Zorah also confirmed the completion of the sale of a four-bedroom penthouse within the Sea Line Residences project, a luxury waterfront development in the tourist area of Al Zorah City, valued at AED9m ($2.45m).
The 4,612-square-foot penthouse offers expansive indoor and outdoor living spaces, high ceilings, panoramic sea views, and direct beach access. Sea Line Residences comprises 99 residential units and is scheduled for delivery in December 2026.
George Saad, CEO of Al Zorah Real Estate Development, said: “These exceptional sales reflect the growing confidence in Al Zorah’s vision, which places nature at the heart of urban planning and offers an integrated coastal living model that combines design quality and long-term value for residents and investors”.
Al Zorah City spans 5.4 million square metres of protected coastal landscape and is distinguished by an environmentally focused urban plan that includes a one-million-square-metre natural mangrove reserve.
The development also features integrated sports and leisure facilities such as Al Zorah Golf and Yacht Club, which includes an 18-hole championship golf course designed by Nicklaus Design, a yacht marina, and an anticipated beach club.
This integration of urban planning and environmental sustainability has helped attract a diverse base of international buyers and residents, reinforcing Al Zorah’s position as one of the UAE’s most prominent emerging residential and investment destinations
