Aldar has announced progress on the construction of its Aldar Logistics Centres, a next-generation Grade A logistics park located in National Industries Park (NIP), Dubai. The development, part of a strategic partnership with DP World, is being delivered by Group AMANA.

Covering nearly 150,000 square metres, the logistics hub features three advanced buildings designed for single or multiple tenants. It is being developed in two phases, with the first phase of over 67,000 sqm scheduled for delivery in the second quarter of 2026, and full completion expected by the first quarter of 2027.

The facility is purpose-built to support third-party logistics (3PL), e-commerce, and retail operations, integrating automation and advanced storage systems. The development offers 15-metre eaves height, FM1 floor flatness, and unit sizes ranging from 5,000 to 60,000 sqm, providing flexibility and scalability for tenants.

Independent access points and a one-way circulation system are designed to improve site efficiency and streamline logistics operations.

At a recent ceremony marking the start of the second phase, senior executives from Aldar, DP World, and NIP joined Group AMANA to celebrate the project’s milestone.

Jassem Saleh Busaibe, CEO of Aldar Investment, said the project reflects Aldar’s expanding logistics platform, now exceeding one million square metres: “Strategically located within Dubai’s National Industries Park, this integrated hub uniquely combines prime connectivity, sustainable design, and operational flexibility to meet the increasing demand for high-quality and sustainable industrial infrastructure in the UAE.”

Abdulla Al Hashmi, COO of Parks & Zones at DP World GCC, added: “With demand for industrial and logistics space in Dubai up around 225 per cent last year, developments like this give companies the infrastructure to establish and scale with confidence. Together with Aldar, we are reinforcing Dubai’s role as a regional hub for logistics, advanced manufacturing, and trade.”

Designed to achieve LEED Gold certification, the park incorporates solar-ready rooftops, energy-efficient cooling and lighting systems, and eco-friendly flooring materials. The project was recently named “Industrial Logistics Project of the Year” at the Logistics & Transport Awards 2025.

Situated within DP World’s 21 sq km National Industries Park, the site offers direct connectivity to Jebel Ali Port, Al Maktoum International Airport, and major highways E11 and E311, positioning it as a key gateway for regional and global trade.
