DAS Intellitech to establish first MENA headquarters in Qatar
The Investment Promotion Agency Qatar (Invest Qatar) has announced a new partnership with DAS Intellitech, a global leader in smart technologies, to establish the company’s first Middle East and North Africa (MENA) headquarters in Doha.
The move marks a key milestone in DAS Intellitech’s global expansion and reinforces Qatar’s position as a regional hub for technology and innovation.
The new headquarters will serve as the company’s central hub for regional operations and a research and development centre focused on creating advanced smart solutions tailored to the local market. It will also facilitate collaboration with Qatari SMEs, academic institutions and research centres to promote innovation, digitalisation and sustainable growth.
Invest Qatar partners with DAS Intellitech
Announced during the inaugural edition of MWC Doha, the partnership was formalised through a signing ceremony between Sheikh Ali Alwaleed Al-Thani, CEO of Invest Qatar, and Claire Liu, Head of Global Business at DAS Intellitech.

DAS Intellitech already has an established track record in Qatar, having delivered projects for the Public Works Authority (Ashghal), the Supreme Judiciary Council and the Ministry of Communications and Information Technology.
These projects align with Qatar National Vision 2030 and contribute to national goals in innovation, sustainability and economic diversification.
The company’s expertise spans its centralised AIoT platform, energy-saving technologies for district cooling systems, rapid supercomputing centre deployment and smart IoT systems for buildings, hospitals and transport networks.
