Deyaar breaks ground on its vertical community, DWTN Residences

Deyaar Development (Deyaar) has officially broken ground on DWTN Residences, one of its flagship projects, which will be among the top 10 tallest residential projects in Dubai.

Located in Business Bay, DWTN Residences is just minutes away from Sheikh Zayed Road, Business Bay Metro Station, Burj Khalifa, The Dubai Mall, and the Jumeirah beach.

DWTN Residences will feature over 522 thoughtfully-crafted units in its 110 storeys, offering a variety of living spaces that include one- to three-bedroom apartments, duplexes, penthouses, and a unique Royal Palace at the pinnacle of the tower.

With more than 75,000 square feet of amenities strategically integrated within the tower, Deyaar aims to transform the conventional skyscraper into a self-sustained vertical community.

According to the company website, some of the planned amenities are an infinity pool, a winter kitchen and barbeque area, business centre, a cinema room, a golf simulator area, a podcast studio and indoor and outdoor kids play areas.
