Dubai real estate: Nakheel awards $109m Palm Jumeirah contract for 38 Crown Garden Villas

Dubai real estate developer Nakheel has awarded a AED400m ($108.9m) contract to Shapoorji Pallonji Mideast to construct 38 Crown Garden Villas, an exclusive collection of grand residences at Palm Crown on Palm Jumeirah.

The award marks a significant step in expanding the luxury residential offering on one of Dubai’s most prestigious waterfront destinations.

Situated at the pinnacle of Palm Jumeirah’s fronds, the Crown Garden Villas offer sweeping views of the island’s iconic landmarks and the Dubai skyline.

Available in five- and six-bedroom layouts across three distinct architectural styles, each villa features contemporary design, high-quality materials and spacious, carefully considered interiors.

The homes will provide a resort-inspired lifestyle, with private beach access, landscaped gardens, rooftop lounges and expansive terraces that elevate the waterfront living experience for residents.
