Dubai South aerospace hub expands with first regional Cabin Excellence Centre

The Mohammed bin Rashid Aerospace Hub at Dubai South has expanded its collaboration with UUDS AERO as the company scales its regional operations, adding new wide-body aircraft capacity and reinforcing Dubai’s ambitions as a global aerospace centre.

As part of the expansion, the hub will develop a 40,000 square metre Cabin Excellence Centre within the Airline Manufacturing and Supply Chain Zone, marking the first facility of its kind in the region and supporting the next phase of aerospace innovation in Dubai.

The expansion includes two new Code F plots at the Mohammed bin Rashid Aerospace Hub (MBRAH), capable of independently accommodating three wide-body aircraft for cabin completion and retrofit.

The move reflects UUDS AERO’s growing footprint and continued commitment to serving rising demand across the regional aerospace market.

The new Cabin Excellence Centre will focus on advancing cabin innovation, engineering and manufacturing capabilities, further strengthening Dubai’s position as an international aviation hub.
