Emaar plans week-long celebration to ring in the New Year in Dubai

Emaar is turning its much-anticipated New Year’s Eve celebrations into a week-long party, and promising “a scale and ambition that far surpass any previous New Year’s Eve event in the region”.

For the first time, Downtown Dubai will be transformed into a stage of unmatched scale and spectacle, delivering a night of awe-inspiring entertainment. However, this year’s festivities will not be limited to one night, but continue from December 31 through January 7 with a range of activities planned.

Apart from Burj Khalifa’s dazzling fireworks and immersive light and laser shows, live performances will include one curated by the Bollywood legend – Shahrukh ‘King’ Khan.

The show stretches across multiple locations, from the Burj Khalifa lake to the Dubai Mall promenade, across the façade of Burj Khalifa and soaring into the sky above, ensuring every guest experiences its full grandeur up close. The show promises breathtaking live acts, dazzling visual spectacles, moving platforms, aerial feats, fireworks and cutting-edge technology.

Emaar New Year’s Eve 2026 at Burj Park will once again serve as one of the most sought-after vantage points in the city, offering guests an elevated and hassle-free way to ring in the New Year. From the Burj Park, visitors will be able to enjoy unbeatable views of the Burj Khalifa spectacle, in a managed setting away from the crowds.

This year, Burj Park introduces a new cinematic layer to the celebrations through a special collaboration with Frontstage, a group company of Red Chilies Entertainment, the world-renowned production house founded by Shah Rukh Khan. This will include high-energy performances and Bollywood flair and is available only to Burj Park ticket holders.

The city will come alive with a celebration that fuses tradition and innovation, culture and spectacle, bringing to life Dubai’s evolution as a global hub of creativity and entertainment. Every moment is designed to surprise, captivate and create memories of a lifetime.

A grand parade, featuring larger-than-life floats, mesmerising performers and puppets will bring Dubai’s culture and visionary spirit to life. The parade will move through Downtown Dubai.

Burj Park tickets are now on sale and can be purchased through the event’s official website. Adult tickets are priced at AED950 plus VAT, and children aged 5 to 12 can attend for AED550 plus VAT. Entry for children under five is free, but a ticket must still be reserved to issue their access badge.
