Professional services firms say tie-up will help their ‘ambitious growth plans’
A national financial planning group has teamed up with a fast-growing accountancy and professional services firm in a new wealth management joint venture. Perspective Financial Group, based in Chorley, has teamed up with North and Midlands-focused DJH to launch DJH Perspective Wealth Management.
DJH says the move is a key part of its strategy to reach £100m revenues by 2028. It says the move will give its clients access to 200 wealth advisers working in areas including retirement planning and pensions, alongside its own team of inheritance tax, trusts, wills and probate specialists.
DJH is headquartered in Stoke-on-Trent and has eight North West offices as well as other bases in Yorkshire, Bexley and in Dublin. It says the Perspective partnership will allow it to “gain immediate national infrastructure” through Perspective’s 60+ UK offices.
The Tenzing-backed accountancy group says the move “has also been structured to deliver a scalable solution that travels with the group’s acquisition strategy, which will help it break into the top 20 accountancy firms in the UK”. DJH has made 16 acquisitions in the last four years, including last year’s purchase of three Haines Watts offices in the North West.

Perspective has offices across England, from Northumberland to Kent, as well as bases in Wales and Northern Ireland. The group was founded in 2008 by entrepreneur Paul Hogarth.
