Million Dollar Listing UAE has returned for Season 2, with cast members Ben Bandari and Rami Wahood saying the new episodes offer the most accurate look yet at how Dubai’s luxury real estate market operates during a record year.

The STARZPLAY Original premiered on Wednesday, with two new episodes released weekly.

Season 2 brings back Bandari, Wahood and Riad Gohar, and introduces two new agents, Sarah Serhan and Mai Khaled. Their arrival adds fresh competition to a market already defined by record valuations and intense dealmaking. The series comprises 12 episodes and continues to focus on high-stakes transactions, personal pressures and the commercial realities of operating in two of the region’s most active luxury property hubs.

The new season lands as Dubai real estate hits historic highs. According to Dubai Land Department data, transactions reached approximately AED431 billion in the first half of 2025, a 25 percent increase year on year. More than 94,000 investors completed deals worth AED326 billion, while 59,000 entered the market for the first time. Q3 added over 56,000 further transactions valued above AED138 billion.

“Season 2 is set against a market that is unlike anything we have seen before,” said Bandari, Founder and CEO of BenCo and Executive Producer. “You have billions changing hands, record prices and long-term buyers. We wanted the show to reflect that reality, not just showcase pretty houses.”

The season follows Bandari and fäm Properties Executive Partner Rami Wahood as they negotiate major deals across Dubai, Abu Dhabi and London.

“This is a market driven by fundamentals and serious capital,” Wahood said. “The drama you see comes from real negotiations, real deadlines and real risk. It is business drama, not manufactured chaos.”

Listings this season reach into the tens and hundreds of millions of dirhams, including one transaction by Wahood above AED60 million. Episodes explore complex deal structures, cross-border client management and the race for limited ultra-prime inventory as Dubai and Abu Dhabi strengthen their position in the global luxury market.

A premiere event was held at Aretha, St. Regis Gardens on Palm Jumeirah.

“Season 2 shows what this boom looks like on the ground, the scale of the homes, the size of the deals and the pressure on every negotiation,” Bandari said.

Wahood added that the season reflects the current intensity of the market. “We are dealing with serious buyers and record demand. What you will see is the real pace and complexity of working at this level.”
