Dubai’s luxury property market has gained another wellness-focused development with R.Evolution’s announcement of Eywa Way of Water, a waterfront residence along the Dubai Water Canal. The project comprises 65 private residences designed around regenerative principles and longevity-focused amenities.

“Eywa Way of Water is not simply a building. It is a living ecosystem where architecture, energy, ritual and nature work together to elevate life itself. This is the future of luxury real estate: regenerative, intentional and deeply human,” said Alex Zagrebelny, chairman and chief executive of R.Evolution.

Designed by Zane Tetere of OAD Architects, the building features a façade of glazed ceramic panels with marine-inspired bas reliefs. Residences include EMF-shielded bedrooms, grounded sockets and interiors finished with materials such as Roman marble and beech parquet. The development integrates air purification systems with MERV14+ filtration and sound vibration harmonised water systems.

A full level of the building is dedicated to wellness facilities, offering more than 45 curated experiences. These include six swimming pools, among them a 25-metre infinity pool, alongside Himalayan salt saunas, cryotherapy facilities and Ayurvedic therapy suites. Additional amenities include a 15-metre crystal sound meditation pyramid, a meditation labyrinth and a 500-metre tiger eye barefoot pathway.

The Eywa Clubhouse serves as a community hub with a 2,500-volume library, private dining salons, a cinema and music terrace, and a cigar lounge. The development incorporates hydroponic micro farms using 90 per cent less water than traditional agriculture and energy strategies targeting a 40 per cent reduction in consumption. The project is pursuing LEED Platinum and WELL Platinum certification and has received WiredScore Platinum pre-certification.

Eywa Way of Water follows the developer’s first Eywa project, Eywa Tree of Life, which was named World’s Best Property 2024 by the International Property Awards. R.Evolution has delivered projects totalling more than €600 million in gross development value, with a portfolio spanning 2.5 million square feet delivered and a further 5 million square feet in development.
