RAK Properties expands Mina community with Nura resort-style residential project

RAK Properties has launched Nura, a new luxury residential development on Downtown Mina’s Raha Island, marking the latest milestone in the company’s ongoing expansion of Ras Al Khaimah’s flagship waterfront community.

Designed as a resort-style, two-tower project, Nura aims to elevate coastal living with contemporary architecture, premium amenities and a wide selection of homes positioned to appeal to families, professionals and investors. Nura features 312 units, including studios, one-, two- and three-bedroom apartments and four-bedroom penthouses. The development sits close to RAK Properties’ existing Mirasol I, Mirasol II and Solera projects, strengthening the broader residential offering within the rapidly developing Raha Island district.

The launch comes as Downtown Mina continues to emerge as a real estate and investment hub, supported by rising demand for premium waterfront homes and the maturing of the wider Mina community.
