Samsung showcases AI-powered connected home experience in Dubai
Samsung Electronics MENA has unveiled an AI-powered home experience in Dubai that the company says demonstrates how artificial intelligence can reshape everyday living.
The three-day showcase, held in a fully redesigned villa, allowed invited guests to walk through a series of themed rooms that highlighted Samsung’s Bespoke AI, Vision AI, Galaxy AI, and SmartThings ecosystem working together across appliances, devices, and entertainment systems.
Samsung said the event was built as a narrative journey rather than a conventional product display. Influential creators, key opinion leaders, gamers, and regional partners were given guided tours to show how the technologies are designed to anticipate user needs and support home life across comfort, creativity, wellbeing, and entertainment.
Omar Saheb, Vice President of Marketing and Online Business at Samsung Electronics MENA, said the showcase aimed to demonstrate that intelligent homes are no longer a distant concept.
“The AI Home Experience in Dubai is more than a showcase of technology. It is also a celebration of the region’s creativity and innovation,” he said. “This event aligns with Samsung’s vision of fostering collaboration and driving meaningful advancements in connected living, tailored to the needs and aspirations of modern homes.”

One highlight of the event was the recognition of Samsung’s gaming ecosystem, which received MENA Tech’s Editor’s Choice Award for the “Ultimate Multi-Device Gaming Ecosystem”. The award covered products including the Galaxy Z Fold7, Samsung OLED TVs, and the Odyssey G9 monitor.
The villa included five dedicated spaces that each illustrated a different aspect of Samsung’s AI strategy. The living room featured Vision AI-led personalisation for entertainment. A bedroom focused on sleep optimisation through SmartThings and Galaxy AI. A home gym used Galaxy AI for tailored coaching, while the kitchen displayed how Bespoke AI can streamline household routines. A gaming room showcased Samsung’s latest displays and devices aimed at immersive gameplay.
Alongside the product demonstrations, Samsung hosted a series of talks and experiences. A forum titled “Designing the Future of Home with AI” brought together Thomas Shambler, Head of Tech at ITP Media, and lifestyle architect Marmar Alhilali to discuss the intersection of design and technology. Chef Shaheen, founder of Yaba, prepared experimental Middle Eastern dishes using Galaxy AI and Bespoke AI tools.
Samsung also partnered with Meta for a Creators Workshop and launched a Content Creator Challenge where participants pitched AI Home content concepts. The programme concluded with the “Battle of the Best FC26” gaming tournament that featured prominent regional gamers competing on Samsung devices.
Samsung said the Dubai showcase reflects its wider vision of accessible connected living built on openness, cross-device intelligence, and everyday practicality. The company added that it plans to continue expanding its ecosystem and work with more partners as it develops products for what it describes as the homes of tomorrow.
