Saudi Arabia opens Hajj 2026 package selection on Nusuk platform
Saudi Arabia has taken an early step in preparations for the upcoming pilgrimage season as the Ministry of Hajj and Umrah announced the launch of the Package Preference Phase for the 1447 AH – 2026 Hajj season through the Nusuk Hajj platform.
The initiative targets pilgrims from countries included in the Direct Hajj Program and enables prospective pilgrims to review available service packages, compare offerings based on service level, content and cost, and select up to five preferred options ahead of the official booking phase.
The ministry said the new phase is designed to help pilgrims make informed decisions early, while providing service providers with valuable insights to better prepare for the upcoming Hajj season.

Nusuk Hajj simplifies the pilgrimage experience through a range of digital features, including package comparison tools, indicators showing preference and popularity trends, installment-based deposits via a digital wallet, and access to an officially approved list of service providers.
The ministry called on all pilgrims eligible for the Direct Hajj Program to register or update their information on the platform, stressing the importance of ensuring the accuracy of personal data and documentation.
Pilgrims were also encouraged to add family members wishing to perform Hajj under the same application to facilitate verification and accelerate approval processes.
In its statement, the ministry reaffirmed that Nusuk Hajj is the sole official and approved platform for providing Hajj services in countries covered by the Direct Hajj Program.
It warned pilgrims against dealing with any unauthorised entities or unaccredited service providers, emphasising that all deposits and bookings must be completed exclusively through the platform to protect pilgrim rights and ensure procedural integrity.
The ministry added that the announcement applies only to countries included in the Direct Hajj Program, while Hajj procedures in other countries will continue to be managed through approved channels in line with applicable regulations.
