The collaboration brings fractional property ownership directly into Property Finder’s platforms, enabling investors to take part in real estate opportunities from as little as AED500 ($136).

The move opens investing to a wider audience, aligns with the UAE government’s progressive stance on fractional real estate ownership, and supports the digitalisation of the wider property market.

By integrating Stake’s offering into its app and website, Property Finder is transitioning beyond its traditional role as a property classifieds platform to one that helps users search, assess and now transact securely in full alignment with UAE regulations.

According to Property Finder, the partnership will help unlock new pathways to wealth creation and encourage stronger foreign direct investment flows into the country by making real estate investing more accessible to both local and international audiences.

The Stake functionality will go live in Q1 2026 on both Property Finder’s app and web platforms, offering users an integrated investment experience alongside property search tools.
