J.B. Hunt Fourth-Quarter Revenue Falls on Lower Intermodal Sales

J.B. Hunt Transport Services JBHT -1.04%decrease; red down pointing triangle recorded lower revenue in its fourth quarter, as its transcontinental load volumes declined.

The Lowell, Ark., logistics company on Thursday posted a profit of $181.1 million, or $1.90 a share, in the quarter ended Dec. 31, compared with $155.5 million, or $1.53 a share, a year earlier. Analysts polled by FactSet expected $1.81 a share.
