I’m honestly not sure if this top from Ann Taylor should go into the “blouse” or “cardigan” category, but I do know that it looks lovely! The fabric is a modal/viscose/spandex blend, so if you’re going to wear it as a cardigan, it will be more for accessorizing than for warmth.
