I NEVER felt skinny or even athletic looking growing up. Literally until this video I thought to be “athletic” you had to be flat with abs. I was always so confused because when I went to college people asked what sport I was in… I would say none and their response “Oh you just look really athletic.”
Yepp, this video just did tons for my confidence. as I say with a tear coming down my face.

Okay this is the type of self confidence I want to see more. It’s not about being skinny. These girls show us that ppl with beautiful bodies aren’t beautiful because they’re a size zero. They’re beautiful because they strong and the best version of themselves.

I'm a figure skater and horseback rider. I also run and do squats daily when I can. No one ever believes me or thinks I don't try hard enough because of my chubby physique. This made me really happy.

its' crazy how different all of their body types were, especially when we're fed what "fit" is supposed to look like in places like instagram. I actually saw myself in their body types which is crazy because I always thought that I would need a 6 pack to prove that I'm fit.
