After whitening the eyeballs & highlighting the model’s iris, I go over to retouching her skin and cleaning up her hair using frequency seperation & adding volume to her hair with liquify. All that is followed by changing the lighting and colours with Camera Raw, including masks to highlight and change different portions of the picture.

One of the best ways to help with fears like these is to learn lots of reasons to like the animal you’re scared of, and to have any irrational fears debunked while the rational ones are given coping mechanisms or preparation plans. A snake won’t bite you if you behave calmly in a way that doesn’t make it feel threatened or grumpy, and honestly I love snakes because they’re silky, very curious creatures with adorable faces.
I kind of wish that the first woman had been able to be coached a bit more through the bird’s body language and reassured somehow that it was safe. “It could smell my fear” said to me that she was projecting a lot of stuff onto the crow thinking it was going to hurt her, but making negative assumptions of what the animal will do is part of what makes that fear worse.

I have issues when zookeepers or wildlife professionals let people put constricting snakes around their necks. At least Steve was right there in case and it was only around Jazzmyne's shoulders.
