This kettlebell full body workout 35 minutes consists of 4 exercises for 30 seconds, 45, and 60 seconds and then back down the ladder of 60, 45, 30. This is a great complete kettlebell full body workout for roughly 35 minutes. . Males can use a 16 and 12 kg kettlebell and females I would recommend a 12 and 8 kg kettlebell.
