Ohhhh yes – a BEGINNER ab workout! ♥︎ / Werbung

If you have a hard time keeping up with my super intense “10min Ab Workout” and “10min Sixpack Workout”… THIS ONE IS FOR YOU 🙂

Everybody starts somewhere and my other workouts require suuuper strong core muscles. That’s why I really wanted to create an ab workout, that is suitable for beginners – while still being super effective.

And listen.. it even includes BREAKS! 😀
(If you feel like it’s too easy with the breaks though: just continue the last exercise during the break & jump into the new movement one once I start with it as well)

My mom tried this workout and said, that it’s 100% manageable for her .. although she usually isn’t so much into working out. That means: no excuses for you. GIVE IT A TRY ♥︎

No Equipment necessary and not much space needed 🙂 The video is in full length which means you can just follow whatever I’m doing 30s for each exercise. There is a small break included and you can have a look at what exercise is up next.

I recommend switching up your workouts to give your muscles enough time to recover and to hit them from different angles.

    Tip: if you cant do this then try isysymmetrical ab workout it works. I could do this, and now i can. Because my body wasn't ready for the full movement for this workout. Isometricals actually help
    If you haven't done ab workouts before or in a long time❤❤❤

    Hi! I really feel insecure of my body. So I'm going to do this workout everyday for 1 month!
    Day 1: It was too hard for me. But I did it. I didn't give up. I hope I'll give some fats and have the body I dream of!
    Day 2: It was much easier now! I felt my abs (my fat tummy) burning 😭😭 I'm so proud of me! I hope I'll have a more healthy body after 28 days!

    guys I’m gunna do this work out for two weeks ! (This is legit because I know there is people like me trying too search for a good worthy comment ❤

    so I am on a diet but not a strict one, I eat one tiny little chocolate too keep me going and then I do a 7 hour fast (8am-3pm) when I get home I only have one meal and peppermint tea. I also walk 8,000 steps per day!

    goal weight: 52.00

Let’s burn calories and MELT FAT with this at home 30 min hiit cardio workout. I will be right by your side the entire time working out with you as your virtual trainer, not only to show you each of these exercises, but also to push you to not stop and KEEP GOING!

If you need extra rest breaks, or want to stop and grab a sip of water, feel free to pause the video, and pick back up where you left off. If you are consistent, eventually you will be able to push your self to finishing the entire 30 minute session for the gains!

There will be 40 seconds of “ON” work and 20 seconds of “OFF” rest. Plenty different exercises and movements for the fat losses! Whether your goal is to burn some fat, get shredded, or build muscle you can benefit from this video!

This workout will have you sweating quick fast and in a hurry within just a few minutes of it starting. Make sure you bring water, and maybe a towel if you’re at home on a hardwood floor surface!
