    Danke,es war wieder eine tolle Einheit. Ich bin Reiter,(ü 50), und gerade Body- Stretching und viele andere Yoga- Übungen helfen mir dabei,einen lockeren,losgelassenen Sitz im Sattel mit der nötigen Körperspannung zu erhalten.
    Ich genieße es,die Übungen mit zu machen und das schöne Körpergefühl danach! 🧘‍♀️🫶🏻🥰
