    I am using a 15 lb kettlebell, is it a good weight? I like it short and effective, I could feel improvement of my muscle strength in a week.

    I just found this video a few months ago to spice up my 2x a week strength training routine. I run 15 miles a week (3 a day) and I add this 10 min workout after that run twice a week. I work full time, long hours, and have 2 school age kids and I so appreciate these awesome short videos! Love that you use kettlebells too!! THANK YOU!

    It’s just diet. You don’t need to pay any money to find this out. Just research. Also, if u have a certain build there is only so much u can do. A lot of ppl don’t have the build to gain muscle and look good simply because they don’t have an athletic build. If u have short limbs and a long torso u do better with lean muscle. Not lifting.
