Want to know how you can burn as much as 1000 calories in one session alone? Here is another 1-hr workout just for you!!

This intensive weight loss workout is an amazing workout that you can do at home to burn fat and strengthen your muscles. This workout is meant to target and burn your fat, even the underlying fat, with continuous workouts.

You can do this workout at least 3-4x a week for the best results. I don’t recommend this to be done everyday but if you can manage to do it, why not! Good luck and let’s get moving!❤️💪

    Guys even if its not 1000 calories but 1 hour of this workout made me lose 4 kgs
    And im so happy i went from 63 to 59 and without a proper diet i skip my meals sometimes and eat a lottle less of junk and sugar

    15/9/2024 today i am started
    Weight 71.90 kgs
    Today I am starting egg diet also vicky pedia
    After 10 days i will update
    But not 1 hour working 40 minutes i am doing please remaining me after 10 mean 25/9/2024 i will update
    But trust me you will sweat 💦💦 more while doing this excercise

    today i started at 81 kg did 30 minutes of the workout and will do closer and girl in the mirror zumba work out also some days i might try to do some extra other workouts too and i am going try to eat no junk food

    did this for 3 days already (forgot to comment) also I’m a eight year old , 150 – 160 cm and 34 kg !
    1: ✅ I did it up to 15:00 I feel like I felt it burn !
    2: ✅ did it up to 30:00 the results were small but I’m excited for tommorow !
    3: ✅ did it up to 40:00 (also did your ten minute work out up till 7:00
    diet : 2 – 3 meals every day (not including fruit and veggies and salad) 1 chocolate pancake (I only have them 2 times a week )and 1 chocolate every 3 days , no fizzy drinks . 5/7 days I have rice (sometimes only 4/7)
