Struggling to burn belly fat? In this video, we bring you the best exercises to burn belly fat for women 50+. As we age, it becomes increasingly challenging to maintain a toned midsection, but with these targeted exercises, you can achieve your fitness goals. Our workout routine is specially designed to cater to the needs of women over 50, focusing on low-impact yet effective movements to ensure safety and maximize results. Follow along as we guide you through each exercise, providing tips and modifications to suit all fitness levels. Get ready to boost your metabolism, strengthen your core, and feel more confident in your body. We kick it off with a warm up, followed by a 8 minute muscle building strength session and a 15 minute fat burning HIIT workout. More muscle means a stronger you and increased metabolism – muscle burns more calories than fat! The high intensity interval training workout will even burn more calories after your workout! In this workout, you’ll burn about 1800 steps, more or less depending on your pace.

What do you need? Pick up some weights for the strength portion – I have 5 pound and 8 pound weights by by side and Mom has 2 and 3 pounds. If you’re just starting out, don’t use any weights and add them when you get the moves down and are ready to move up. Water bottles or cans are great starter weights. No equipment is needed for the HIIT but if you want to add a challenge, pick up some light weights.

This workout is for everyone. Mom does it in a chair and I do it standing.

    Whoa – that was fun but a lot more challenging than I'd anticipated! I really like the way you have your mom there doing the seated version of the exercises. Sometimes you get live classes advertised as being suitable for seated or standing but I often feel the seated participants are somewhat left out. Great work you two.

Let’s burn calories and MELT FAT with this at home 30 min hiit cardio workout. I will be right by your side the entire time working out with you as your virtual trainer, not only to show you each of these exercises, but also to push you to not stop and KEEP GOING!

If you need extra rest breaks, or want to stop and grab a sip of water, feel free to pause the video, and pick back up where you left off. If you are consistent, eventually you will be able to push your self to finishing the entire 30 minute session for the gains!

There will be 40 seconds of “ON” work and 20 seconds of “OFF” rest. Plenty different exercises and movements for the fat losses! Whether your goal is to burn some fat, get shredded, or build muscle you can benefit from this video!

This workout will have you sweating quick fast and in a hurry within just a few minutes of it starting. Make sure you bring water, and maybe a towel if you’re at home on a hardwood floor surface!
