15 Min Full Body Workout – Rapid Results – Summer Ready
Summer is almost here and we’re pretty sure a lot of you are already feeling the pressure. You’ve packed on a few holiday weight and because it’s winter season, there’s no pressure to strut around in shorts and tight-fitting clothes.
But in a few weeks, the weather will change and soon it will be too hot for even a shirt! If you’ve gained weight over the holidays and you’re a little embarrassed to get on your summer clothes, well, now is the perfect time to kickoff a summer workout plan!
Today’s video is 15 minutes of intensive full-body routines that don’t require any gym equipment, so you can do this at home, or even outside!
Kick-start your day with this full body workout and get your body hot and ready for summer!

TAKE-CHARGE Tabata HIIT Workout – Bodyweight | EPIC Endgame Day 35
Here we go!!! Fun ahead!! The entire body will be in action today with the heart rate elevated… short work period with short rest!
The timer will be on for 20 seconds per exercise with 10 seconds rest inbetween each set! We simply complete 4 sets of each exercise! There are 14 exercises to work through! Time will fly by!
All you will need for this high intensity workout is your mat and a bottle of water nearby!
Low impact alternatives will be provided throughout!! A simple way to change most mov involving hopping back is to step back one foot at a time, and of course with burpees, simply leave out the jump at the top!

I have always loved incorporating within HIIT movements that involve the core for high reps and this is no different with the finisher, burpees, push up to one arm and even the donkey kicks coming to hover inbetween! These movements, although you may notice your heart rate elevated, the entire body including the core is being strengthened!
Fast paced! Once you begin, you’ll be in the zone!
And the finisher is such a brilliant combination of lower, upper and core!!🔥🤩
And then it’s WEEK 8! Unbelievable!

35 Minute Total Body Yoga Workout | Yoga Dose
35 ( Thirty Five ) Minute Total Body Yoga Workout
This is a shortened down version of a normal vinyasa class that I would teach at home, slightly modified to suit the total body name. In this Total Body Yoga Workout Video I focus on core exercises to help build strength and stability, then sun salutations to warm up the body and increase agility/raise cardiovascular levels. The standing poses are held a bit longer to promote strong tone legs, and to increase flexibility as well as spinal elasticity. Particularly the deeper twisting standing postures are chosen to help to nourish the lower spine and the abdominal organs. You can see more about that on this weeks Instagram post. Follow me there for hints and explanations about some of the trickier poses. The sequence is designed to squeeze everything in that you would need to get some proper exercise for the day so you can feel your best.

I started exercising again after a long break and i started with this video,i felt light and energised but somehow i did not find this challenging and i also did not sweat much,plz suggest me any workout playlist which would be challenging and of short duration ( 20 to 30 minutes)as i want make sustainable workout plan for myself.

DAY 1 – ✅ completed
DAY 2 – ✅ completed
DAY 3 -❌ because my stomach was hurting
DAY 4 – ✅did it (sweated alot but still no changes)

I hope these exercises work because I am going to do it. I lost a lot of weight by eating one low calorie meal a day and a small snack. Lol I don't know if that's healthy but it worked! Now I just want to firm up and get as close to my teenage body as I can.

I'm gonna start doing this exercise today and let me tell you the final result. At present my weight is 84kg .
Day 1: completed with 1hr of walking with no diet ✅
Day 2: Didn't do this workout but did yoga for 30mins + 4km of walk.
Day 3: completed successfully with an hr of walking+some yoga.
(For a week I couldn't do this exercise due to some reason.)
Day 12: again started and my current weight is 83kg.1 kg has been reduced.
Day 13: completed
Day 14: completed with 45mins walk

I love this exercise. I hope it helps me burn my belly fat and thigh fat cause those are the only things I'm targeting.

I started this workout a few days back and now I was curious to check my weight because many comments had motivated me some people had written that they lost 2 to 3 kg in 4 to 5 days but then when I checked my weight I had gained 2 kg since the day I started this workout. I literally got so hurt and demotivated. I lost hope yet I'm still here today at 4:30 am doing this workout.

Doing this 3 times a day for 1 week WITH a calorie deficit
Starting weight:50kg
Goal:45kg
Day one:✅pretty easy did it at 12pm,5pm and 8pm with a good diet
Day two:✅ I see a slight difference in my thighs but that’s it.(only could do it 2 times)

Just completed it. It was quite a long exercise but it wasn’t hard!!
Day 1: complete!!😋
Day 2: complete!! I’m sweating balls (I also did stretches before this) my body feels good after, but during? 😭🙏
Day 3: I completed it, it was easier than the first two times but I still am sort of weak with some parts of the exercises.
Day 4: missed bc I was tired
Day 5: completed!! I hate leg drops with a passion.
