    I do one of Jessica's sessions almost everyday – I have popping hips & I've been seeing physios for over 10 years & I have never been told it's OK it's just tightness and it will go and it is going also love the fact you can do short sessions just 10 minutes or longer sessions – thank you Jessica!

    There are forced ads in her content, built in to the video so you can't block them, so you have to just stop mid workout and sit there waiting.

    I am 63 and trying to get back into exercise. I have put on a considerable amount of weight over the last few years and I seem to have lost any flexibility that I used to have. I have lots of issues with my knees (kneeling and bending from the knee is very painful). I am going to try your 20 min full body Pilates workout for beginners but I wanted to know if there is an alternative to child's pose as sitting back on my haunches is impossible. It feels like inflammation surrounding the knee (it is quite puffy) stops me from bending the knee fully.

    I am a 15 year old girl who is 5,4 and weighs 11 stone/154 pounds, This is my first time. I think I will try this 3 or 4 times a week to try get myself looking better and feeling better:) I found its only slightly difficult bc i was in jeans.

    I have added your videos to my weekly workout of weights and walk/running. And this fits in perfectly! When I don't feel like doing any other workout a particular day, I always feel like doing pilates so I still get a workout in no matter what, thank you so much, I love the atmosphere you have in your videos

    I am 41 and a new friend told me about winsor plates so I looked it up and found your channel. I found that it wasn't too hard and I am very out of shape. The only thing I struggled with the form of is the roll ups. The rest was easier than I thought it would be. This is only my first day so I will update after some time with my progression. Thank you for creating these videos. Saying that it's for anyone definitely helped to build my confidence. I was able to do the planks the way you do them.
