    I choose this one to get back to gym after 2 weeks of holidays like « let’s take something easy to start again » It was not easy at all 😂

    I love this workout, I’ve done it a few times a week since lockdown, and find it so quick and effective! I’ve started it again recently after the birth of my first child, and love that I can do it quickly in my pj’s whilst baby naps. Already seeing my abs appearing again 👏🏼

    Nicole, I'm having trouble with the Roll up and down. I get midway and I want to use my hands and arms to lower and come up. Any suggestions?

    I’ve been doing Pilates every day except for Sunday’s since July 8th (it’s September 13th) and I’ve never been able to do a roll-up. But today when I did this exercise I did the roll-up. I’m so excited I finally did it!

Getting Fit and Strong couldn’t be easier with today’s Full Body No Repeat Strength Workout. We will perform 22 Exercises that will Build Strength and Improve Our Mobility, especially the Hip and Ankle Joints. I will be using a Pair of 3Kg (7Lbs) Dumbbells and a Pair of 1.5Kg (3Lbs) Dumbbells, along with An Exercise Mat. You may also need a Kitchen Chair for a couple of the exercises. A Warm Up and Cool Down are also included for your convenience.
