    This is by far the best workout I have seen, especially for a beginner. I completed it as well because it was so much fun!!!! I will definitely follow for more! Normally, I just go halfway and complete the rest of the workout the next day. So, thank you for not making it too complicated and yet so fun at the same time. The music was also on point. I hope there is more!

    My shoulders burn!!. My goodness. All I could feel was my bingo wings slapping away on the last song lol. Made it though !. I suffer badly with depression and I just needed this. This is day 1 for me of these videos 🤞🤞🤞🤞

    I need to drop 20 pounds for my health.
    I do this workout and your 5 mile one. I eat healthy, but I’ll be eating way more protein and veggies and fruits which I do love.

    Hey, I’m a young mom trying these workouts because I have no motivation/no time for the gym atm. I’m absolutely loving these videos. Super fun definitely makes me sweaty and I can feel the burn all over. I’ve been doing strictly this workout for the last 2 weeks. I’ve dropped 4 pounds and lost some body fat all over. I plan on continuing this workout strictly until it gets too easy then I’m going to try a more intense one. Loving this all around❤️

    Just completed my first workout. Inormally try to make the gym at least 2xs a week but at times I prefer to workout at home. Someone told me about her workout on here and I’m glad they did. Will be doing these workouts more often❤

I used a set of 3kg/6.5lbs, 5kg/11Lbs, 7kg/15lbs & 7.5kg/16.5lbs dumbbells but you may want to use something lighter or heavier depending on your fitness and strength level.
