    🎉Yeaaaah ! Merciiiii Eleniiii, 😊 bon j'avoue un exercice m'a été un peu dur niveau équilibre, (toujours ce problème, mais cela doit dater de ma dernière opération, une arthrodese de T12 à L4 avec une "fausse" vertèbre, ça a du jouer )
    Parfois pour éviter trop de torsion j'adapte mais tu m'as redonner de la fierté merciii ❤

    Your workouts are the best I have seen in years. I'm not young and I have exercised all my life but due to intense and crazy workouts I've done over the years, both my knees are bad.
