    431 calories and 141bpm ! because of my meds I have a hard time getting my heart rate up but this certainly made it happen. I like how you repeated the moves backwards the 15 mins mark, good way to repeat exercises without it getting boring!! thanks for a great morning workout!!

    Bloody Difficult Excercise…..but was so much fun to do…..exam season going on and my mum was hesitant on letting me workout with weights, it took longer to workout with weights and she wanted me to use that time for studies….but with your HIIT playlist, since they are comparatively shorter, my mum allows me to do it and they burn roughly the same amount of calories I usually burn with weights…..A BIIG THANK YOU, Sir !!
