    As an avid rock climber I've been using your workouts for over a year now for cross training and attribute some of my recent gains to these workouts. Great complex movements that are applicable to the strength and movements required in climbing, and the videos are to the point without any annoying chatting or pleads for "likes" and "subscribes". Thanks for the videos.

    if you say full body in your description, do something other than a squat with an upper body variation. L lift.

    Great workout, but poor description. This is not a full body workout, rather a 70-30% leg exercise and some upper body. Also poor distribution of muscle groups in exercise sequence- almost all legs up front. Please call this what it is!

DAY 22 HIIT IT HARDER CHALLENGE – 40 Minute Workout to get the heart pumping, burn some calories and sweat it out 💦 YOU vs YOU because you are your biggest motivation AND your biggest competition! Grab your mat, a bottle of water and let’s do it team!

▸ Muscles Worked: Arms, Abs, Legs, Chest, Back and Shoulders
