    I paired this workout with a 10 minute abs-core workout and oh my god, what a perfect day of working out ! I usually don't like taking longer rests in between so I would do planks or plank hip dips in the 30 sec rest time. Great workout !

    I enjoyed the workout, thanks! A couple of suggestions. The little video inset of the next exercise should show up in the short break between the exercises vs. showing halfway through the current exercise, since I am focused on doing the current exercise and it's distracting to need to lookup to see what's coming. During the break is the perfect time for the inset. Also, the countdown beeps before the end of the exercise are useful, can you make the count down beeps before the start of the exercise too? Right now it just beeps once and is easy to miss. Thanks.

    I have recently found your channel and so thankful that I have. My physio has suggested strength training to help with my bad back and I hated the idea because I do not enjoy working out that way. However, your workouts are so accessible, don't take ages to complete and perfect for me as a 42 year old woman. I already feel stronger! Thank you!

If you struggle with feeling bloated post-meals or over-stuffed and need a routine to get you feeling more like yourself and help you stay away from late night cravings, this is the workout for you!

For best results do this workout every night after dinner (before bed) to help improve digestion, and speed up your metabolism.

The workout:
Low Impact
No Jumping
All Standing
Beginner Friendly
Knee Friendly
Very Effective
and Fun!

No equipment is required for this workout! All of the exercises are standing and can be done even in a very small space

The beginning of the workout starts slow, to help you ease your way into exercise after eating (I would suggest waiting 20-30 mins between your meal and this workout), but as the workout moves along, you will start to feel the heat and will be left sweating by the end of the workout!
