30 Min FULL BODY TABATA WORKOUT | DB's + Bodyweight



Get ready to feel the burn with this 30 minute FULL BODY TABATA WORKOUT. All you need for todays workout is one pair of dumbbells. Grab your mat, water and DB’s and get ready for a high energy session.

🗒️Crush it notes
• Tabata is a high-intensity interval training (HIIT) method consisting of 20 seconds of intense exercise followed by 10 seconds of rest, repeated for multiple rounds.
•We have 7 pairs of exercises that we will be doing for 4 rounds each.
•Each pair consists of one dumbbell, followed by one bodyweight exercise.
•The tempo will be faster today, but don’t let that affect your form.
•Between each 4 minute block we will take a 40 sec rest to get ready for the next pair.
•Take it at your own pace and have fun!

    This format is so effective. Although I've always been a bit of scared and try to avoid doing tabata I'd admit it might be the most effective format to pump up the heart rate especially when I have limited time for workouts. Thank you for this workout C&E I've had a blast!

    Had an invigorating session of exercise for the evening following this TABATA set! The format was so addictive and to make it more challenging I immediately progressed to the next workout during the 10 second rest intervals.
