i just finished this workout after not having worked out for probably 2 years now, mannn iâm sweating! my legs are shaking but iâm gonna do this every day for a month and then go back to the gym, 30 minutes flew by so fast i didnât even blink and it was over! great stuff

Day 1 : I'm at 70 kgs , almost LITERALLY passed, couldn't do some of the workouts but I'm excited for this new lifestyle I'm creating.
