Team, we’re adding weights today! 30 min Killer HIIT workout with weights. Challenge yourself with this Full Body, Cardio and Strength based HIIT workout 👏🏼 It’s gonna be hard and tough but SO WORTH IT!

    Heygreat workout but I will not be doing again as I think biceps and triceps are also part of a full body workout. Maybe les sqats and more bicep triceps

    I just did this workout, and yes, it will work up a sweat, but there are WAY TOO MANY SQUAT exercises. Don't say it's full-body HIIT when it's really just arms and glutes. No abs or back at all.

    Although I couldn't complete every exercise (in whole or in part) and I usually only lasted ~30 seconds per exercise (I spent the remaining exercise time walking around, tiptoe rocking, etc., so I was still moving), I'm proud of myself for making it till the end.
