A 30 MINUTE APARTMENT FRIENDLY Workout – No Jumping, No Equipment, No Repeat! Low Impact does not mean low Intensity – This Workout will burn calories and fat + strengthen and tone your Muscles ♥︎ I hope you enjoy working out with me and the TEAM and most importantly HAVE FUN!

    I like your workouts, but one thing that I don’t like is how you don’t progress from standing workouts to laying down. I get a head rush when working out and it makes it worse to keep having to stand up and lay down. Maybe you could do a workout that progresses from standing to laying down?

    This is an older Video but still want to comment on it, because I just did this workout and I'm both super exhausted and super happy right now. I should have probably chosen a beginner friendly workout and will for sure do this next time, but I am so proud of myself for doing this one. I took longer breaks, or did another variation of the exercise or just walked a bit and I managed to do the whole Video. Thanks Anna, for kicking my ass 🙂

    Awesome workout and I'm not complaining, but if this is low impact, then I probably have the fitness of a fetus. Dead at 30%, completely dizzy at 60%… As a bit overweight without any sports in a while this was to be expected, but I will keep at it and beat it eventually!

    C'est une amie qui m'a fait connaître Anna. J'adore. Je me suis même inscrite sur l'application. Vraiment très bien. Je reprends le sport après un arrêt de 2 ans suite à une blessure. Ce n'est pas évident au début mais le fait qu'il n'y ait pas de sauts, c'est top. Surtout à mon âge, je vais avoir 66 ans. Merci ❤❤❤❤

    If we don't complete the whole video then should we keep doing this continuously?And if we complete this, how long will we have to repeat this video? At last, is one video for one day? Then even after completing it, do I have to repeat the same video every day?

    Please make more like these! I’ve recently been having some health issues/scares and I can’t do the super high impact ones 🙁 this helped me break a sweat without hurting myself!

    In the beginning I could only do 10 mins. After 5 6 times I could finish it. I feel a little stronger too. Can carry grocery without pain n walk the stairs a little easier. Thanks Anna. Do u have an app ?

    İch wiege 92 Kilo und mein Ziel ist es 65 Kilo zu wiegen am Anfang konnte ich nur 5 min von dem Video machen jetzt gehen schon 15min icv ich teile das ganze Video über den Tag auf immer 15 min
