30 MIN PUMPING CARDIO WORKOUT | Full Body – No Equipment at Home
Let’s burn some energy with this 30 minute cardio full body workout… no equipment needed. Simply follow along and have fun!
This is meant for low intensity cardio so any jumps, land softly. The pace should be sustainable with heart rate elevated but you aren’t out of breath…. think of a steady, slow paced run!

Hats off to this lady, she is on incredible level.
I tried by taking 15 seconds rest between each exercises but still managed to cover 70% of workout. All you need is consistency and good food for your metabolism.

is there actually any benefit to not resting? im just getting into fitness and i was wondering if its better to do a 1 hour workout with rests rather than a 30 minute workout with no rests
