30 min TOTAL BODY DUMBBELL WORKOUT | Sculpt and Strengthen | (Warm Up and Cool Down Included)



Join in for a 30 minute TOTAL BODY DUMBBELL WORKOUT to sculpt and strengthen from head to toe. Today I’ll be using two 10LB dumbbells, but choose whichever weights suit you best. This is a low impact routine which means there is NO JUMPING. As a bonus, there is a warm up and cool down included in todays routine. There are NO REPEATS with intervals of 45 seconds on and 15 seconds rest. So let’s get sculpting! 💞 xox Mik

– Medium set of dumbbells (I’ll be using two 10LB weights)

    Amazing first time doing weight workout usually just jump on treadmill but I'm getting older and losing muscle mass they say lol I was on floor at 20 minutes. I'll be back. My daughter brought me a bucket because I said I'm gonna puke lol and apple juice best 4 year old ever. Showing her mom is still trying at 38

60 exercises! No repeat! Tabata style timer! Short work period! Short rest! Ready to get sweaty?!

All you will need is a lot of energy, your body well warmed up, a bottle of water and towel handy and your mat!

The timer will be on for 20 seconds per exercise with 10 seconds rest inbetween!

This was fast paced but I loved it!! One of my favourite HIIT workouts I think! I really enjoyed knowing the next exercise is different!

Super sweaty but as with all high intensity work, the hardest part is just getting started! Afew reps in and you’re on your way!
