    I have never gone beyond 20 mins 😂
    Currently I am 72 kgs
    I am so so weak and loser bcs every time I start to do workout I can’t do for more than 5 to 7 days but guys now I am well determined bcs figure matters a lot for good health and looks.
    Always remember you can never feel confident in your life if you’re not in shape
    I will update after 15 days

    Hi. So i turned 16 RECENTLY and i weight 6 0 kgs. Hoping to reach 50 by the end of year because i am so fed up from the daily comments. I managed to do 10K steps from last 3 months and reduced only 2 kgs means from 62 to 60. So i am gonna try it with consistency for next 21 days and gonna share my experience. Hope it works this time.
    Day 1✅ (DID 24 min in 1 shift, and leftover in other and i never sweated this much before)

    I like to do walk at home exercise. I followed many youtuber's work. but found this one is fun , easy follow, then you can follow through without stress. I will stick on this video and continue for a period of time.

    dont waste time to search the best video to follow. but stick on one that you feel good and continue to follow. you will see the result …..after a certain period. 😅🎉🎉🎉

    I’m 16 years old and I struggle with my weight and body image so much. I’m not overweight, but I don’t feel comfortable at all in my own skin.. I’ve tried so many different exercises since last year and I can’t say I’m proud of my progress since I struggle with binge eating and fail to be consistent. I’m finally trying to be consistent and I will start tomorrow morning. Hopefully I can keep this up for a month (till November 7, 2024.)
    – My starting weight is 60kg, and I am 173cm tall
    – My goal weight is 54kg, wish me luck!!

It looks like this:
✔️ 3 Circuits
✔️ 4 Exercises per Circuit (Arms, Legs, Core, Cardio)
✔️ Timed Intervals of Work (perform each exercise for 40 seconds of work, followed by 20 seconds of rest)
✔️ Repeat Each Circuit x2 Sets

►Workout Outline:
1️⃣ CIRCUIT ONE:
1) Arms: Push Ups + Kneeling Shoulder Press
2) Legs: Split Squat R/L
3) Core: 3-Second Lunge Hold + Dumbbell Press Out + 3-Second Balance Hold R/L
4) Cardio: Runner Lunge

1) Arms: 1.5 Overhead Tricep Extensions
2) Legs: Lateral Squat
