    I enjoy all these resistance band work outs but find that the app does not make a very consistant connection . Very frustrating to get a screen freeze and the circle of doom in the middle of a workout. I never know when it will happen. Anyone else experiencing this?

    When your doing the one where you’re pulling the band apart, is it supposed to hurt up in your trapezoid muscles at the top, or am I doing it wrong?

    I love the work outs but really wish there would be less talk out of him with the whole “Hasfit Tribe….what brought you here today”…..that’s what makes you so special” dribble. Talk about the exercise talk about the reps and leave it at that, too much talk puts you off a workout. His wife has the perfect exercise talk balance.

    Tip for bands ! When doing moves like pull aparts where your hands are on the band itself, wrap it once around your hand so it doesbt slip from sweaty hands

    Love your workouts! My wife and I are retired full time travelers and love how your workouts are self-contained and doable anywhere. Couple of favors to ask. On your channel could you separate out band workouts like you have cardio, strength, etc so they are easier to find? Also, love how you include warm up and cool down in every routine – if you could also include coreabs in every routine that would make them all self-contained. Thanks keep up the great work!

    So far so good. https://www.youtube.com/post/UgkxS7ex6L4sMqpaTn4LnBPyBmRQsSingL8y Bought these for the family to get better strength of targeted muscle groups (rotator cuff, et al). So far they’ve worked well.I read a lot of reviews that complained about everything from breaks to having the bands roll while using. Yes, they will eventually break. Take care of them and use them often. And yes, they will roll if you apply too much lateral pressure.I’ve owned other bands before (physical therapy issued). These are a lot smaller, so they certainly don’t do what the “real” ones do. However, for what I bought them for, they’re fine. If they break, I may buy them again.

I used a set of 3kg/6.5lbs, 5kg/11Lbs, 7kg/15lbs & 7.5kg/16.5lbs dumbbells but you may want to use something lighter or heavier depending on your fitness and strength level.
