    Website called Agoge Diet is the best for your body transformation. I lost 20kg by following their diet plan (I also had cheat meals) and training plan.

    Been doing this about twice a week with 30lbs weights. I pause it a few times during it to rest. I add in a chest workout and another workout in after before going back to this but for time spent working out I'm in the best shape of my life at 38. Or at least I look like it. Such an efficient workout, thanks.

    I'm following along with Joe. The further I get into the workout, the sooner I hear his 3 second alarm, after like 20 seconds. My mind wants my body stop. And sometimes I do stop, "thinking" I hear it. I'm weak-willed 🙁

    Not for beginners 🙂 I do a lot of different HIITs and this is on of my favourive.
    My progress:
    WEEK 1: 5x workout with 2x7kg
    WEEK 2 and 3: 4x workout with 2x9kg
    WEEK 4 and 5: other different HIITs
    WEEK 6: 5x workout with 2x10kg
    WEEK 7 and 8: other different HIITs
    WEEK 9: finally 5x workout with 2x12kg ! I and feel great!

    This is my favourite workout (ever). Reckon I've done it ~50 times and keep coming back. It's a great blend of cardio and weights with a plank for the core. I just choose a weight such that I can keep up with Joe.
