    Was not expecting such a burn but this was great as I enter into my luteal phase of my cycle. It was low and slow enough to keep going with a nice slow burn to make me feel strong 💕

    It's my day 3 full body is sore but I will do all the exercise✅

    Day -4 no changes same but it's less painful than yesterday ✅ still hards to do 6:48 this exercise

    day 4 : ☑️ today I was feeling demotivated to do this workout but i did it anyway haha

    I did this for a month a year ago and I'm back here because this has shown results the fastest.
    In my experience I saw significant changes in my lower body (specially thighs) and shoulders. It took longer in my belly area to see results but I guess the results vary from person to person because I saw another comment saying they saw changes in their core and upper body. Depends on your body. I do this workout and a 20 mins core workout simultaneously. I workout 4-5 times a week and I'm really happy with my fitness journey. Thankyou Lidia🩷you don't know how much lives you change in a positive light.

    I just finished this video as my first workout, I’m very proud of myself because it was so intense and I felt like giving up many times, laying down on the floor but I eventually achieved it feeling like the results would be as intense as the burns 🙏 but I’ll probably chose a shorter video next time 😭

    GIRLY POP IS INSANE. OH MY GOD. Literally crying sobbing shaking. yes, the moves are beginner friendly, but it's sooooo hard. I had to modify a few exercises and stop in between them as it was honestly impossible to do, as it was my first time trying this.

    I won't be doing this everyday though. I'd probably collapse if I do 💀. I'm planning on doing this every other day. I honestly know that my body would become sore tomorrow, and that would definitely make doing this even more difficult. So, 3-4 days of doing this would definitely be good for me. I hope I'd get that body after 2 months though

Aqua Aerobic Fitness 35 min Water Workout - Intervals Cardio:Toning - No Equipment - ALL LEVELS



Join AquaFIIT Coach Stacy as we get fit together for another fun aqua workout! This one uses NO equipment.
Interval style lasting approx 35 minutes, with underwater views of the exercises. 5 Different cycles that consist of 2 minutes cardio then 1 minute toning which will be repeated twice (each cycle equals 6 minutes). This routine is the workout only, so be sure to warm up and cool down adequately.
Stacy works hard to bring you a variety of exercises to challenge the body and the mind and prevent boredom. Workouts are for all levels; and for instructors looking for ways to spice up your aqua class. Hope you can join in and see what it’s all about. Let’s get AquaFIIT together!

Full Body Workout for Seniors, Beginners | Build Muscle with Dumbbells



This workout includes exercises for seniors and beginners to build muscle in your legs, arms, back, shoulders, and core.

Use weights to challenge your muscles if you’re up for it. We use dumbbells from 2 pounds to 10 pounds in this workout. You can also use water bottles or cans. Or start without weights to get used to the moves before adding weights.
