30min HIIT WORKOUT WITH WEIGHTS full body dumbbell + leg emphasis



Get your sweat on: 30min full Body HIIT dumbbell workout with leg focus! This at home workout with dumbbells is no jumping.

WARM UP is included!

⏲ Each exercise – 40 sec work, 20 sec rest
3️⃣ Each superset is completed 3 times
🚫 This is a no talking workout

ONE
Sumo deadlift 55lb | 25kg (my weights per dumbbell for reference only)
Upright row 12.5lb | 5.7kg

Supinated grip row (palms up) 25lb | 11.3kg
Close stance squat 25lb | 11.3kg

THREE
Triceps press 15lb | 6.8kg
SLD Straight leg deadlift (soft knees) 25lb | 11.3kg

FOUR
Glute bridge 55lb | 25kg
Alternating leg extension (weight to hold for stability)

The supinated grip row works the back and biceps, the triceps press works the chest and the back of the arms, and the upright row targets the medial (side) delts to build a nice round shoulder cap. All other exercises are focused on the lower body – glutes, hamstrings and quads!

    I have been doing you workouts for about 6 weeks now and I can already see the redistribution of my body fat and the composition itself change! Thank you for doing these! They are so well done and straightforward! I was on another program for 6 months and frustrated because I wasn’t seeing any results. I didn’t understand until I started yours!

    I decided to follow the suggestion of using this as my strength workout and sticking with it for 4 to 6 weeks. I'm about to enter week 3 and I've been able to increase my weight on every single exercise for at least one set out of 3. My low back isn't getting fatigued like it was either. Love the confidence boost of seeing myself improve at something over time. Thanks for the awesome workouts.

    I feel like im doing more reps?? Any feedback back would be appreciated. Im able to get between 12 to 18 on some exercises with lighter weights, even on my squads I got 15 reps.
    I put the videos on mute and add my music bc I need a little more push! As always I really enjoy the workouts 🫶🏼💪🏼
