    Just got mt bands and tried this workout. I dont like it. First of all, i have only felt the effect on the last set of excersizes with heavy/very heavy resistance. Either im not doing it right or im super strong. Second, id love to see some warm up, cool down and abs in the workout.

    It’s so annoying when I do a chest workout I don’t feel it in my chest at all, I just feel it in my arms and I really don’t know what I’m doing wrong

    I just wanna ask if it's okay to do this workout everyday instead of a 30 day workout routine. I just finished doing a 7×4 workout without equipment and want to know if doing this is alright for now.

In this 35 Min COMPLEX SETS Full Body DUMBBELL workout | AMRAP Follow Along
, we’ll be tackling a total of 10 complex sets. Each complex set is 3 minutes long, and the goal is to perform as many rounds as possible with proper form. The first 5 complex sets contain 2 movements each for 10 repetitions each, and the last 5 complexes contain 3 movements, with the first 4 sets at 8 repetitions each and the last complex at 5 repetitions each. Try to use a challenging weight to adjust the intensity of the workout.

These are the dumbbells that I am using:
2x 18KG (displayed as RED on the screen)
2x 10KG (displayed as YELLOW on the screen)
2x 05KG (displayed as GREEN on the screen)
