Lost about 20lbs, but I haven’t lost anything since may
I feel so bulky!!
New workout: Pilates and walking/jogging 5-6 days/week.

I have been doing this for months along with changing my diet, to say the least my stomach and body overall had never looked the way it is now without Pilates and strength training. I never had a line down my stomach or abs before I started working out and doing Pilates so thankkk youuu Nicole❤️❤️ not only physical results but mental ones too of me taking care of myself!

Thanks Nicole. Im overweight so this is quite challenging. Ive been following all your beginner videos so this was my first time on one of your „normal“ ones. Highly appreciated. I took breaks where needed and some exercises I left out. I realise my lower back needs some time to strengthen.

Starting a new job and implementing a new routine with it, was so helpful coming across this playlist! First video I’ve done today but only managed 20 mins.. goals to least do part and then build up stability for my body in hopes I can fully finish it😅😅

This is amazing! I have a hard time feeling the burn using other side abs workout, but this?? i kept pausing to just take a breath! My goal now is to finish this workout without pausing, because i'm even nearly died in the first 8 minutes 💀😂🙌🏽

Maybe i don't understand pilates but i really dont see the benefit of doing one glute exercise and then switch to 7 core exercises and then back to glutes for 3 and so on.. i think its really confusing
