35 MIN Full Body BOSU Ball Workout | Strength Stability Endurance



This Killer Full Body BOSU workout targets the entire body – cardio, balance, upper body, lower body and lots of core. By creating an unstable surface, the BOSU helps to build coordination and strength in your stabilizers which are your abs, back, hips, and shoulders. BOSU stands for both side up, and is a great tool for when you want to switch things up. I know for me this was a sweaty heart pumping total body workout! We have 16 moves with 40 seconds of work, 15 seconds to transition, and 2 rounds today. So grab a mat and your BOSU and Let’s GO!

    I was taking online classes from 9 – 5 so I was having to sit for long periods at a time. https://www.youtube.com/post/UgkxEhgucmXpcAGYh8fatGFEnOK2V97VIwhG After the first day in a regular table chair, I thought about an exercise ball and ordered one that night. It came the next day! My hips, legs, back and butt couldn't have been happier! I'm almost 5'11" and I ordered the largest size and it was perfect for me. I also have RLS (restless legs) and this helped so much.Pumping it up was a little challenging and definitely gives you a good arm workout, (I'm a 62 yo woman) but it's very doable. Getting the tape centered with the hole to inflate it and then getting the pin back in was also a little tricky. But I love my new "chair" and I love the torquiose color. Hopefully it will also get used for exercise. 😁

    So I did this workout today and I didn’t know what to put on my Apple Watch so I put core training and when I was done I got this special award on my watch saying that I had the record of burning the most calories on a core workout ! I guess you worked me pretty hard😂

25 Min Full Body KETTLEBELL Workout | No Repeat (Normal & Complex Set)



In this 25 Min Full Body KETTLEBELL Workout | No Repeat, we will perform 20 exercises that target the entire body. Each exercise will be performed for 40 seconds, with 15 to 30 seconds of rest in between. At the end of the workout, we will have 3 complex sets. Each complex set consists of 2 exercises: the first exercise is performed for 5 repetitions, and the second exercise is performed for 10 repetitions. The goal is to complete as many rounds as possible with proper form.

Let’s get to work!

These are the kettlebells that I am using:
20KG (displayed as RED on the screen)
16KG (displayed as YELLOW on the screen)
12KG (displayed as GREEN on the screen)
