▸ WARM UP 30 sec on, no rest
▸ STRENGTH UPPER BODY 30 sec on, 10 sec off
▸ CARDIO HIIT 20 sec on, 10 sec off
▸ STRENGTH LOWER BODY 30 sec on, 10 sec off
▸ FINAL ROUND 20 sec on, 10 sec off
▸ COOL DOWN 30 sec on, 10 sec off

    used 2×9 kilos for 3/4 of the workout, then switched to 2×5 for the finisher. I couldn’t tell if I was sweating, crying, or both, but I just know that this was an epic start to my day! Thank you for this wonderful, sweaty, killer workout❤
