    Did for the second time and loved it more the swan dive got a little better lol I could atleast lift my arms last time I couldn’t!

    It was so niceeeee. I really felt the burn . I really need to work on my swan dive but these are exactly my kind of workouts where you make me focus on sculpting , toning my body and at the same time work on making my body flexible. Keep doing what you're doing Nicole ❤

    Omg, this was such an AMAZING full-body workout! My abs burned, and my glutes and legs/thighs were on FIRE! I even managed to do the swan dive & really felt my arms/triceps during the last few exercises. THANK YOU, Nicole, for this amazing start into the new week!

    That one was stuff, but I made it!! The fisrt time I did I looked like a fish struggling out of water, but now I think it's my third and I'm so better! No as beautiful as Nicole, obviously, but I just think it is so good now. Gonna keep doing it over and over to get stronger each time! Thank you very much Nicole❤❤❤

Join me for this new LET`S GET SHREDDED SERIES, and let`s start working on specific muscles. This is an 8 min CHEST WORKOUT that features 12 variations of chest targeting exercises, all performed from a standing position. A short 8 minute workout will do wonders for targeting specific muscles.
As I promised, this channel is all about mixing and matching. You can use short workouts to strengthen your entire body, burn calories, work on mobility, balance, and improve your endurance.
The LET`S GET SHREDDED SERIES is here to help you work on building (toning) muscles. Feel free to mix and match and create your own muscle toning routine.
These will also work great as workout finishers.
