    In case anyone is wondering how many calories you will burn:

    I used 5 lb dumbbells and am 5'2, around 120 lbs and I burned 234 calories. great workout thank you!

    I am 68 years old and have danced and exercised since childhood. I have never done a workout like that, it was really unique and I did like it. I like using my body in ways that it is not custom to. Thank you.

    Great workout! I love exercises that stimulate the body a bit differently.
    I recommend warming up the knees before the booty section.

    I really love workouts by Lindsay and this one would be perfect if that annoying add wasn't popping out in the middle of the exercise… I'm ok with the ads in the very beginning and end of the workout but when you are in the middle of the exercise it's really annoying.

we are back with another intense KETTLEBELL Workout – hope you guys are ready!
We changed a lot in our design, feel free to give us feedback how you like everything after completing the workout.

As almost every of my workouts, this one is super sweaty! We will be working in Supersets. But we will have breaks, no worries. 😋
I am using a 12 kg Kettlebelll. Please make sure to choose your weight wisely.
