    Day 1. I’ve already done this workout but decided to take a break and start afresh after Christmas. Looking forward to seeing how I feel in six weeks. Used basic 6kg throughout to focus on the movement and not lifting too heavy

    My goals are to…
    I will sleep at 9:00 pm – 10:00 pm,
    I will get in atleast 70g of protein,
    I eat a healthy breakfast everyday,
    I will eat in a caloric deficit of 500 calories,
    I will measure only after the 6 week challenge is over,
    I will only weight myself after the 6 week challenge is over.
